How it works, in plain English.
THE SHORT VERSION
Every burn coin has the same problem: a burn is an absence. You destroyed something, and the only way to show it is a number going up next to a flame.
A black hole inverts that. Everything consumed becomes mass, mass is the only thing that sets its size, it cannot shrink, and it has no mechanism to give anything back. The physics is the tokenomics. The site gets measurably larger every day it survives.
WHERE THE FEES GO
Every fee from every launched coin lands in one treasury wallet, and leaves it in exactly two directions.
90% runs the launcher's chosen mechanic on their own coin.
10% runs that same mechanic on $HOLE.
Launch a coin in airdrop mode and it airdrops its own holders with ninety percent, then airdrops $HOLE holders with the other ten. Launch in burn mode and it buys and burns its own supply, then buys and burns $HOLE. Whatever you pick, the hole does it too.
This is why the hole keeps growing through a quiet week for $HOLE itself. It does not depend on its own volume. It takes a tenth of everyone else's.
And 100% of $HOLE's own trading fees go straight back into $HOLE.
The hole does not exempt itself. Every fee $HOLE generates buys $HOLE and burns it, so the thing at the centre feeds on its own volume as well as on everything in orbit. Both streams land in the same burn ledger and both are counted in MASS.
THE THREE MECHANICS
A launcher picks one. It is written into the fee routing and never changes.
- ACCRETION - buys the coin and burns it.Supply only goes down. Mass only goes up.
- THE WELL - adds permanent liquidity and burns the LP.Depth that nobody can pull, because the LP tokens are burned.
- HAWKING - airdrops to holders, unannounced.Paid straight to holders. You do not have to claim it.
Three mechanics serve three different buyers: people who want supply gone, people who care whether they can actually exit, and people who want to be paid for holding. The launcher picks which one their coin is for. $HOLE gets all three, because its ten percent arrives in whatever shape the launch chose.
WHY BURN THE LP
Treasury-held liquidity is liquidity somebody can pull. Burning the LP tokens is the difference between a liquidity mechanism and a rug vector, and it makes the metaphor exact: the well has no mechanism to get shallower. Every add on the well page carries the burn signature next to it.
WHY HAWKING IS UNANNOUNCED
A visible countdown to a pot is the most farmed mechanic in crypto, people buy before, claim, and leave. An event nobody can predict is the opposite. Emissions are pushed to every holder above 25,000 $HOLE, paid in SOL, and announced only afterwards.
It is deliberately small and deliberately rare. This is not the yield story. It is the exception that makes “nothing comes back out” land harder, because technically something does, barely, and almost never.
WHY LAUNCH HERE
Because the hole buys you. The treasury places a real market buy on every launch, sized at 1.5% of the treasury at that moment, and never sells it. A published percentage rather than a fixed amount means it shrinks in a drought and grows in a run.
And because orbital position is permanent, public status. It never resets, it is earned continuously, and it costs nothing to give.
THE NUMBERS ON THE HOMEPAGE
MASS is total $HOLE burned. RADIUS is the real Schwarzschild radius, r = 2GM/c², using a published equivalence of 3.88e+23 kg per $HOLE, linear in mass, so the horizon on screen grows exactly as fast as the burn does. WELL DEPTH is what you could actually sell right now under 5% price impact, not a TVL figure nobody can interpret.
Disk brightness and speed track 24h volume across every orbiting coin. Disk thickness tracks the well. Dust density tracks holder count. Nothing on screen is decorative.
THE KEEPER
A single always-on service claims fees every 5 minutes, splits them, and writes every action to a public append-only ledger with its signature before anything else happens. It will not claim dust, will not execute a buyback that moves the price more than 1.5%, and will not spend the operating reserve to zero. Every on-chain action is idempotent: a retried call cannot buy twice.
ADDRESSES
Every fee claimed from a launched coin lands in one wallet before it is spent. It is published here so anyone can watch it.
WHAT IS NOT LIVE YET
The render, the ledgers, the orbital mechanics and the site are real. Chain integration - minting, fee claiming, buybacks and emissions, is not wired yet, and the figures you see are a seeded simulation running on a shared clock. Nothing here is a solicitation, and none of it is financial advice.
